The systems we build must be used legally and honestly. This policy explains what is not allowed.
Purpose
This policy protects our clients, their customers, the platforms we work with and our own systems. It applies to every website, automation, AI agent, messaging workflow and hosting service we build or manage.

Not allowed
You may not use our services for:
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams or impersonation
- Calls, texts or emails without the consent required by law (for example under the TCPA, CAN-SPAM or carrier rules), or ignoring opt-out requests
- Spam, purchased or scraped contact lists, or high-volume messaging designed to evade filters
- Fake reviews, paying or rewarding only positive reviews, or hiding negative feedback in ways that violate review platform rules
- Phishing, malware, credential theft or attacks on other systems
- Harassment, threats, hate or discrimination
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or someone's likeness or privacy
- Misleading health, financial or legal claims, or AI agents presented as licensed professionals
- Trying to bypass platform rules, security controls or usage limits
Messaging and AI agents
You are responsible for having consent to contact the people in your lists and for honoring opt-outs right away. Where the law requires it, your AI agents must disclose that customers are talking to an automated assistant, and AI-generated voices may only be used to call people who gave the required prior consent.
We may refuse, pause or remove any workflow that looks like spam, deception or unlawful outreach.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may suspend or end the related service, remove content or disable workflows, without a refund for the affected period where the violation is serious. If a platform restricts an account because of how it was used, restoring it is not guaranteed.
Reporting abuse
If you received unwanted messages or see misuse connected to a system we manage, email [email protected] with the details (date, number or address, and a screenshot if possible). We review every report.
